Recently, our company discovered that some illegal operators produced and sold counterfeit "ARKLED" brand electronic components, which seriously damaged the interests of customers and our company's brand image, and caused incalculable adverse effects on our company.
In order to effectively combat illegal business activities, prevent customers from being deceived, and protect the rights and interests of customers and our company's good reputation, our company solemnly declares as follows:
1. The "ARKLED" trademark of our company has been officially registered, and the trademark registration certificate (No. 15279172) has been obtained with the approval of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
2. Since August 1, 2018, the production batch number on the "ARKLED" brand products produced by our company has been upgraded from the original cycle chapter to the production order number code generated by the ERP system. "ARKLED" brand products manufactured after August 1, 2018 are still counterfeit products that use the cycle chapter.
3. The production and sale of counterfeit "ARKLED" brand products by illegal operators not only seriously damages the interests of our customers and our company, but also violates the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. Our company will report, complain and deal with relevant manufacturers and sellers suspected of counterfeiting the "ARKLED" brand. If necessary, we will initiate legal procedures to investigate the civil, administrative and even criminal liabilities of illegal operators in accordance with the law.
4. When ordering our products, new and old customers, please pay attention to distinguish the authenticity, improve the vigilance of illegal business activities and the ability to identify and judge, and do not give criminals a chance.
